This year has been particularly difficult due to the heavy emotional pressure of the world wide crisis. This is why we have to start an introspective process to get to know ourselves. We have to give ourselves microspacing such as described in the seminar coordinated by Florida University and IMPIVA in December. We have to consider every problem as a new challenge which will help us to face even more and new personal and professional ones.
We have to prepare ourselves to become the Leaders we already are deep down ourselves. For this,
1) Personal transformation: The leadership starts with leading myself.
2) Incorporation of the values: Taking them as a base for interpersonal relations.
3) Integrity: Compromise through my right conduct regarding the values shown
4) Responsibility: Of my actions, the ones I perform as well as the ones I omit.
5) Use the leadership: Use the power as a method and not for personal benefit.
6) Vision: To develop the leadership and encourage others.
7) Constant learning: To encourage myself and strengthen others, teach and delegate roles and responsibilities
8) Be humble: I believe in the necessity of a life-long-learning being aware of my own lack of knowledge.
9) Interpretation of the reality: I am an open observer of the understanding of other realities.
