Since 1997, EUMA provides tailor-made trainings to its members at an affordable price. Currently held once a year, the training days coincide with one of the Council meetings and all members are encouraged to attend.
The objective is to provide a customised day of training on a theme chosen by the members themselves, to address a topical development in their business lives or a skills gap brought about by changes in industry practice. The sessions are individually written and constructed for the EUMA audience by professional trainers and bridge the gap usually found between traditional 'assistants' training and fully fledged 'management' courses, giving our members unique insights into how modern management trends affect their own companies, management and working lives.
