HISTORY
The German group was established by 5 executive secretaries in Hamburg on 7 June 1986, and we are proud that 4 of them still belong to our Association. The original aims were to improve the secretary's professional status, encourage self development, and to ensure that recognition was given to those whose jobs require both intelligence and considerable social qualities

ORGANISATION
EUMA Germany is organised in six regional groups (Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne/Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich) to facilitate constant networking amongst our members. Our national group currently has approx. 190 members. Depending on demand, the members themselves decide which subjects, speakers, company visits, trainings or cultural trips are chosen. Therefore, there is a large variety of events offered in the different regions.
